This is one custom internal tool for a med spa, built around a fixed scope and kept running on a retainer. It's not right for every business, and it's not right for every problem a med spa has. Read both lists before you book the interview.

This is probably for you if

✓There is one specific workflow that is broken - not a vague sense that "things could be more efficient"

✕You want a product to build once and sell to other med spas - this is one custom tool for your business, not a resellable product

✕You want a full practice-management platform or a patient-facing mobile app - that is a much bigger project than this offer covers

✕A $30-60/month off-the-shelf tool would genuinely solve your problem - buy that instead, we will tell you plainly if that is the case

✕You need something built and running in the next few hours - the interview and 48-hour build take the time they take

✕You are looking for the cheapest possible option regardless of whether it is maintained afterward - the retainer is part of the offer, not an optional upsell

Say This Plainly

If off-the-shelf already solves it, use off-the-shelf

If what you actually need is a full booking and practice-management platform, go get Mangomint (~$165/month), Boulevard (~$176/month), or Vagaro (~$30/month) - that's exactly what they're built for, and it will be cheaper and faster than anything custom. If a $25/month DIY builder like Bolt, Lovable, or Replit would genuinely get you a working prototype and you have the time to learn and maintain it yourself, that is also a completely reasonable choice.

What we actually build

The one piece those systems don't have - a form they can't produce, a report they can't run, or a bridge between two tools that don't talk. Not a replacement for Mangomint, Boulevard, Vagaro, or Meevo.
