Real numbers, published plainly.
$1,500 for the build, once the interview fixes exactly what gets built. Then $300-500 a month to keep it running - hosting, fixes, and small changes. No tiers to compare against each other, no hourly surprises.
One-time, for one tool, delivered in about 48 hours once scope is fixed.
The Build
One specific broken workflow, fixed in one build
What's Included
The Retainer
Keeping the tool working after launch
What's Included
What every build includes
What a single build does not cover
One build is one tool for one workflow. A second workflow, a platform, or a patient-facing app is a separate conversation, scoped and quoted on its own - not folded quietly into the first $1,500.
DIY tools vs. this vs. a full custom build
Why is there a monthly fee at all?
Software left alone quietly breaks
A dependency updates, a system it connects to changes something, a browser update shifts how a page renders. Nobody notices until the front desk does.
The retainer is the actual relationship
The 48-hour build is how it starts. The retainer is hosting, fixes, small changes, and a person you can reach - month to month, cancel whenever it stops being worth it to you.
Bigger requests get scoped separately
A new form field or a small rule change is covered. A second workflow entirely is its own build, quoted on its own - not silently absorbed into the retainer.
